Eligibility & Access
Verified Student- Open to all currently enrolled undergraduate & postgraduate college students in India.
- Participants from any academic discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Design, Management) are welcome.
- Valid institutional ID cards are mandatory for campus check-in.
Team Composition
2 to 4 Members- Teams must have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members.
- Cross-college teams are permitted and encouraged.
- Every member must complete their individual Devfolio profile and join the team squad.
Registration & Verification
100% Free Entry- Zero entry fees — HFT is completely free for all shortlisted teams.
- RSVP confirmation required within 48 hours of shortlist announcement.
- Pre-registered teams must check-in on-site at Govt. Model Engineering College.
Hospitality & Logistics
All-Inclusive- Complimentary meals, midnight refreshments, and 24-hour energy drinks provided.
- Dedicated resting spaces for participants with 24/7 security.
- High-speed uninterrupted Wi-Fi and power strips at every workstation.
